Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

A copy of the original invoice is included with every order.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options: Postal Service and Express Courier. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Please check the delivery time details by country or region in the Delivery Times section on this page.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

We offer free shipping on orders over €45 within Spain (Peninsula and Baleares Islands).

Important: Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Shipping Address

Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order, as we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. If you need to modify your address, please contact our team as soon as possible before the shipment is processed.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the shipping company provides it, we will add the tracking number and a link so you can track your package in real time.

Shipping Issues

If you experience any issues with the shipment of your order (such as delays or lost packages), please follow these steps:

  • Check the shipping status using the tracking number provided.
  • If the tracking information is not updated or the package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@regincoshair.com
  • If the package is not delivered correctly, we will work with the courier company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return and Refund Policy Related to Shipping

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@regincoshair.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@regincoshair.com. However, because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify shipping details once the package has been prepared for dispatch.

We ship to Spain, Europe, and almost worldwide. However, some countries or regions may be subject to shipping restrictions or additional charges.

Delivery Days

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
